Emirates and AC Milan have agreed a new five year sponsorship deal, extending the airline’s presence on the club’s shirts until the 2019/2020 season. 

During a press conference at the Club’s headquarters, Casa Milan, Sir Tim Clark, President Emirates Airline and Barbara Berlusconi, Vice President and CEO AC Milan, discussed the synergies between these global powerhouses which have made the partnership so successful.

ABN AMRO will be Partner of the Ajax youth academy per January 1, 2015. The agreement with Ajax has a duration of three and a half years, until June 30, 2018. 

ABN AMRO will appear on the jerseys of the youth teams, the women’s team and the Saturday amateurs. Furthermore, the name ABN AMRO will be prominently displayed at the Toekomst (The Future) sports park. The bank will also be Ajax’s social partner.

Puma and the Austrian Football Federation (ÖFB) announced an extension to their longest running partnership at a press conference in the Ernst-Happel-Stadium of Vienna.

Celebrating a relationship that has been in place for 40 years, PUMA and the ÖFB will continue to work together through a new long-term period. The partnership between the ÖFB and PUMA has seen the national team play in four FIFA World CupsTM, one UEFA European ChampionshipTM and all qualifying and friendly matches in PUMA kits throughout this period.

New York City FC, the new Major League Soccer (MLS) franchise, have announced German sports brand, adidas, as their official kit manufacturer. 

Adidas will manufacture the soon-to-be-revealed New York City FC first team uniform, to be worn on the pitch during their inaugural season in MLS. adidas will also provide the team and coaching staff with full training kit and a range of leisurewear.   

The Japan Football Association has agreed a new eight-year contract with Adidas, which will see the German manufacturer kit out the national teams until 2022.

The new deal will run from 2015 and continues a relationship which began in 1999. The agreement covers all Japan’s national teams, including the men’s and women’s senior team.

The Fédération Ivoirienne de Football has confirmed that its contract with German kit manufacturer Puma has been extended.

The deal was extended for four more years starting from January 2015. Puma have been technical supplier and also official partner of the Ivorian Football Federation since 2005 and will see the nine year alliance continue until at least 2019.

Starting on January 1 2015, Ziggo will be the new main sponsor for Ajax. The Ziggo brand will be featured on the official first team and Young Ajax shirts from that date forward.

The fixed annual compensation in the new sponsor deal is set at €8 million. Additionally, a variable fee of max. €2 million has been agreed upon. In the first six months of the deal, the fixed and variable fees will total €4 million and max. €1 million respectively. The deal spans four and a half years, until June 30, 2019. Ziggo is entitled to cancel the deal after two and a half years. A 12 month notice applies to this clause. 

PSV is set to announce a new kit deal with Umbro for the next five seasons. A signed agreement is still lacking, but will follow soon.

PSV has agreed a deal with Umbro International and Sportconcept, which distributes Umbro in the Benelux, Germany and Switzerland.

FC Dallas and AdvoCare, the Texas-based health and wellness company, announced plans to extend the multi-million dollar partnership with the Major League Soccer club through 2020.

“Our journey with FC Dallas started two years ago and has helped accomplish one of our biggest goals at AdvoCare – to build brand awareness,” AdvoCare President and CEO Richard Wright said. “Our ongoing relationship allows both AdvoCare and FC Dallas to grow even stronger as we continue to build champions together.”

Sampdoria announced that it had signed a short-term shirt sponsorship deal with Key Films to promote the upcoming movie Sin City 3D: A Dame to Kill For.
 
The agreement means that Sampdoria will feature the film’s logo on the front of its jersey for three of the club’s next four matches: home against Torino on September 14, home against Chievo on September 24, and then away at Genoa in the Derby della Lanterna on September 28. Sin City 3D: A Dame to Kill For premiers on October 2.
