Hibernian Announce Nike Kit Deal

Hibernian FC are delighted to announce a four year deal with Nike that will introduce the global sportswear brand as the Club's Official Technical Partner.

Nike will supply all Hibernian professional kit, replica kit and trainingwear for the next four seasons to 2017. The new contract will kick off with the unveiling of the new Hibernian home kit on Friday 7 June at 10am.

The Club's retail operation will be managed by Just Sport throughout the term of the agreement and will include the Clubstore being re-fitted as a Nike Store at Easter Road Stadium.

Rod Petrie, Chairman Hibernian FC said: "The run up to a change of technical partner is always a demanding time for the Club. Puma has served us well for four seasons, for which we thank them.

"Everyone at the Club is excited about securing the number one global sportswear brand as our new technical partner for the next four years.

"Nike is synonymous with sporting excellence and has a rich heritage in providing the highest quality of products throughout professional sport.

"We have worked very closely with Nike on the designs for next Season and I am sure the new kits, merchandise and the new look Hibernian Nike Clubstore will be well received by our supporters."

Simon Taylor of Nike added: "Nike are delighted to have signed a deal with Hibernian F.C and look forward to supplying the Club and its supporters with an exciting range of kits, training and leisurewear over the next four seasons.

    So probably a green and white version of the Arsenal kit then.

    Not hoping for much but haven't been impressed with any of the Puma kits so cant be any worse.
