Fulham Football Club can today unveil the away strip for the 2007/08 season.
Back by popular supporter demand, the kit features a red and black striped shirt, famously worn during the 1974/75 season, in which Fulham reached the FA Cup Final. The 1970's started of as a period of high-profile signings for the club under Alec Stock in the mid-70s, including Alan Mullery and Bobby Moore.
The reward of this was their only ever FA Cup final in 1975, having won their first semi-final in five attempts. The club then lost to West Ham in the final. This gained the club qualification to the Anglo-Scottish Cup, where they made the final, losing to Middlesbrough.

That run in the FA Cup saw the setting of an improbable record, most games needed to reach the final, Fulham playing 11 games (including replays), four of the games going to extra time. In the build up to the 12th game, the Wembley final, Tony Rees and The Cottagers released a single, "Viva el Fulham" (based on Manolo Escobar's "Y viva España") which is still played (and chanted) at Fulham games. It reached No.46 in the Pop Charts in 1975.
Fulham took part in the first ever British league game to be played on a Sunday against Millwall F.C. in 1974, which was staged at Craven Cottage
An all-white version of the world-famous LG logo adorns the chest along with the Fulham Football Club crest and Nike’s trademark swoosh logo. The kit will be available to fans following the launch of the home kit.
