New Crystal Palace 08-09 Home & Away Errea Kits

Earlier this season Crystal Palace were delighted to give their supporters an opportunity to vote for the clubs new home and away strips for 2008/2009 and today we can bring you the result thanks to Andy Burton, creator of kitclassics.co.uk

Details of when the new designs will be available for pre-order will be made available on the clubs official website towards the end of the season.

Excellent again Steevo. Try it with the current crest, but just using red on white, or gold on red.

This reminds me of a Reebok away from around 2000. I loved that one and I love this one.

With reds fans, the current crest is not that popular. Just the Liver bird would have much more impact

I like the stripes, but the sash is unique unless you count River Plate or Peru. And those sashes aren\'t quite the same. Reminds me of when I first started going to Selhurst to cheer on the Team of the 80s. :P

[u]the kits are ok but what the hell happened to the red and blue strips were the red and blue EAGLES and we should have a red and blue stripe kit. And Dan no need to sware they are nice kits.

Great to see us go back to the diagonal stripes that we used so much in the 70;s and 80\'s

the home kits fantastic, that was the kit from 79 when I first started watching football, Palace had a great young team on the rise. So its an apt kit

What the f*c* is the home kit all about keep it as it is and stop changing the kit. Plus I think you will find everyone voted for the other home kit. :sad:

Tricky one for Palace fans. Their traditional home colours have never been straightforward. I suppose that it depends on what age you are and what era you started watching Palace.

I think I\'m right in saying that Palace wore a white shirt with a red & blue sash from 75-83 and then again from 84-87. It\'s also cropped up as an away kit a couple of times, infamously at Anfield in 1989...

good kit choices but i think that the home kit shuld be the away kit and keep the red&blue tradition. But i will be getting the home shirt next season

The home shirt with the red and blue sash is a remake of one of the greatest club kits ever made (I\'m not a Crystal Palace supporter!).

I think the away kit should be a red and blue striped shirt, with red shorts and socks.
