Commenting on the new kit Jonathan Courtenay from UMBRO, said "At UMBRO we pride ourselves on innovative kit design, I believe that it is the best kit we have produced for Ireland since our partnership began in 1994. Through individual fitting sessions with the Republic of Ireland Team we were able to create a bespoke smart fit for each player. The players loved the kit when we showed it to them late last year and I can't wait to hear the fans feedback".
