Here are the new S.E. Palmeiras kits for the 2010/11 Brazilian Série A season produced by Adidas.
Verdão who come from Brazil's largest city São Paulo today revealed their new kits, said to be inspired by the shirt worn in 1950/51 where the club went through a period known as 'Cinco Coroas' or Five Crowns in English.

The home shirt is emerald green with a watermark over the right part of the chest, which shows the clubs logo from the 50's period with the five crowns decorated around it. The collar also contains some symbolism for these previous honours with an almost militaristic style display of five stars on the left side.
Palmeiras' away kit sees a return to lime green which was also used in the 2007 and 2008 seasons which was well received by the club's fans.
The home shirt will be played in a Série A game for the first time this coming Thursday against Botafogo.
