This is the new 1. FC Köln kit for the 2011/2012 Bundesliga season manufactured by Reebok.
With a 2-0 away win at Eintracht Frankfurt, Köln secured their postion for competing in next year's Bundesliga. "I have had success as a player with the FC Köln and celebrated in the white jerseys. It is with great pleasure that we were able to implement the wishes of the fans in the coming season will be playing in all white. I think the design of the new jersey is very well done and I am sure Köln fans will agree it's a great success." said FC Köln president Wolfgang Overath.

The new kit will be worn for the first time in the last Bundesliga game of the season on Saturday against FC Schalke 04. Köln captain Lukas Podolski recently said about the new jersey: "FC Köln was and still is for me 'Wiess'. I can not wait to play in this new shirt in the RheinEnergieStadion!"
