The kit is the usual combination of blue and white stripes but is more toned down in the stripe department that it's previous counterpart. The shirt now only contains two wide, white stripes on a background of 'celeste' or light blue being the rough English equivalent. the design of the shirt is in a similar template to that of the Spain shirt revealed a few weeks ago, with a slightly lighter shade of side panelling. The shirt is almost completely white and light blue except for a touch of gold and some black in the logos to break it up.
A main change to this shirt from previous versions is that now the crest is place within a shield on a black background which makes it a lot more eye catching than previous editions. Sticking with the crest, there is also an embossed pattern behind it which looks like laurel wreaths and also the 'Sol de Mayo' (Sun of May) from the Argentine flag. On the back of the shirt there is more detailing of laurel leaves on the gold piping crossed over blue-white-blue bands of the national flag.
The away shirt is a dark shade of blue with spaced out bands in a gradient style across the top of the chest in the colours in the national colours. As with the home a small use of gold is also present in this shirt but comes across more prominently given the dark base colour of the shirt, the gold present in the crest is particularly strong given this.
