These are the new Blackpool home and away football kits. Blackpool's brand new Fila 11/12 home strip made its debut in the pre-season friendly against Rangers.

The Seasiders confirmed a two-year kit deal with the Italian heritage brand last week that will see the launch of a new Home and Away kit ready for the new season, as well as the supply of official Blackpool FC training wear that is exclusive to the club and leading sports fashion retailer JD.

Blackpool partner with Fila at an exciting time, as the club aim to get back to the Premiership, and will be giving everything they have to make sure that their stay in the Championship is as short as possible.

A spokesperson from Fila stated: "Blackpool is a progressive club and is exactly where FILA want to be, we hope to be supporting them all the way back to the Premiership."

The kit deal starts at the beginning of the 2011/12 season, with fans being able to get their hands on the kit from the beginning of August.

The shirt fabric is a spun polyester which provides a more natural feel, and is also treated with a moisture management system which quickly dispenses perspiration away from the surface. A further design feature includes laser cut holes acting as ventilation areas to offer the players maximum dryness and comfort.

Yes, Tottenham won't be the same without White Hart Lane. However 36,000 was not enough, and the club is moving to a new 58,000 capacity stadium.

Wow : That is one beautiful shirt and harkens back to the 1960s and the glory days of Tottenham-first double and all that. Wonderful and it is fitting of the maxim "less is more". That said, I didn't know Tottenham were leaving White Hart Lane-and with that it's a shame all these iconic grounds will go; first it was The Baseball Ground, The Dell, Filbert Street, Maine Road, Highbury, then this perhaps and in future I foresee Stamford Bridge going too. These grounds were steeped in so much history and belonged to a bygone era when the shirt was priceless, It is a real shame when they are demolished and those memories are gone with it...
