Rangers stars Kirk Broadfoot and Kyle Hutton have come together this morning to unveil the club's new home kit for season 2011/1, which will be available here.

The new shirt in traditional Rangers blue was designed following in-depth discussions with fans' groups.

It also features a classic white V-neck collar and has white and red detail at both shoulders.

The top is complimented by traditional Rangers black socks with red trims and the classic white shorts have blue side detail.

Adult short sleeve shirts, available in sizes S-XXXXXL, are £44.99 and junior* short sleeve shirts, available in 6-7-XLB, are £34.99.

The new Rangers 2011/12 Home kit will go on sale from Thursday 12 May.

    as a BCFC supporter, i totally agree with MW FROM WIDEOPEN. at first sight i knew this was birmingham:wink:

    No, it had the penguin design (good) and loads of overfussy detailing (bad) Birmingham city have worn blue shirts with white shorts, which makes them look like any other team in that combo, and blue shirts, blue shorts and white socks, which makes them look like Chelsea. They should wear the penguin for three reasons

    1 - it is unique in English football, and looks distinctive

    2 - its a classic design

    3 - In the 70s, the greatest time in the history of the club, they wore this style. You look at this style of shirt, and in these colours and you know its Birmingham. Can you say the same with an all blue shirt?

    Oh yeah, in case you were wondering, the kits of the 70s had initials on the shorts, and so does this one - this has Seb Larssons on the shorts
