This is the special edition 1.FC Köln shirt by Erima to celebrate the Cologne Carnival.

Featuring the motto of the 2014 carnival season "Zokunf - always spingkse wat kütt" woven into the collar's neck band and Krätzchen (dunce caps) in gradially increasing sizes in the shirt watermark, the shirt will be worn against Union Berlin on Monday evening.

Lovely shirt. All the elements fit perfectly, without cluttering the design. It has a nice retro look, almost like one of those Bundesliga jerseys from the late 80s/ early 90s, but never cheap or "trying-too-hard". Indeed, amazing job from Erima.

I agree, nice shirt. I'm completely fascinated with the "REWE" sponsor. I can't get over how nicely the sponsor's font fits with the rest of the shirt. They have another shirt, I think their all white top, that fits even more nicely with the sponsor.

I like the tadpoles on the badge! Seriously,this kits for special occasions thing is getting out of hand.Before much longer teams will have a new kit for every game.I always viewed the Germans as being too sensible to fall for all this nonsense,sadly not.
