Blackpool 13/14 Errea Home and Away Football Shirts

These are the new Blackpool 13/14 Home and Away Football Shirts made by Errea.

Blackpool FC announced that a two-year agreement has been signed with Italian Sportswear Company Errea to become the club’s official kit provider. The contract, which will commence from the 2013-14 season, will see the Parma-based company provide bespoke match and training wear to The Seasiders.

“Blackpool FC has a very unique brand within English football and we were thoroughly impressed by what Errea had to say in terms of helping the club enhance this,” said Head of Retail Richard Wild.

“Our supporters crave quality merchandise and when you have the option of utilising our strong colour scheme into this range it was the perfect fit for all concerned.”

Club officials flew out to Parma before the contract was signed to witness firsthand the impressive operation at Errea HQ and also implement designs for next season. At present Errea have in excess of 50 professional contracts with football clubs worldwide and list Premier League Norwich City and Championship high-flyers Brighton amongst their portfolio.

Errea Sales Director Fabrizio Taddei added: “We are extremely proud to become technical sponsors of Blackpool FC, there is always something very special about working with a club that has such a long and distinguished history.

“We are looking forward to next season and to working closely with the club to develop new and stylish ranges for all the fans.”

Thomas Ince and Matt Phillips have already tried out the new kits, with full images to be unveiled later this week.

The new kits are expected to be on sale towards the end of June.

Why are Sponsors never prepared to change the colour to suit the kit. Or simply change the blue to white and the blue wonga from white to blue, at least. As for the kits, I like the home, I always think Blackpool should a traditional home kit. I like the idea of the away, just don't like the cheap style neck.

Nice, simple and clean. As a Norwich supporter, I'm hoping Errea produce similar for us. Love the away shirt

The home shirt looks like hearts errea home shirt from about 7 or 8 years ago. I like the away shirt though, that would be a great Rangers away kit.

The Wonga sponsor kinda ruins the away kit, but it's still decent

"Thomas Ince and Matt Phillips have already tried out the new kits" Whats the betting thats the only time they will ever wear them? Having said that, they are both very nice kits.

    "Very unique", said Richard Wilde.

Well.... Something is either unique, or it isn't. There are no gradations of uniqueness.

    Nice kits though.

The way kits are great....for once the blue Wonga logo works WITH the kit colours and not against. I wonder if the Wonga could've been made in white for the home strip the way Hearts' away kits have a maroon Wonga

"Blackpool FC has a very unique brand in English football ..." Errrr well done for that, but can you name one club in English football which doesn't have a unique brand? And how can anything be VERY unique?

"Our supporters crave quality merchandise" what, so orange and white nylon shirts with Wonga splashed across the chest is really going satisfy this craving?

Pompous, bumptious comments aside, quite like both .... shameful sponsor aside.

Love the sash on the away, but not a huge fan of simply inverting the colours, makes them look too similar!
