These are the new Monterrey Home and Away shirts for the 2013-14 season by Nike.
Inspired by the releationship between club and fans on the eve of a move to a new stadium, the Home shirt carries the usual blue and white stripes with orange cuffs and v-neck collar to represent the supporters.

The Away shirt is chequered (pale blue and white) with the intention to signify the interlocking bond between fans and players.
Inside the neck of the shirts is a bonded woven label showing the Cerro de la Silla (Saddle Mountain) - a Monterrey landmark - and the socks feature the club nickname "Rayados", meaning "The Striped Ones".
The kits will be worn in the side's Mexican domestic games and their CONCACAF Champions League matches, where they begin as holders. Sponsors worn will include Bimbo, BBVA Bancomer, Carta Blanca, Pinturas Birel and telcel.
As usual, the kits are made from recycled polyester, feature DRI-fit technology and the players' shirts have laser cut holes for ventilation and T-bars on the shoulders.
