This is the new special edition Associação de Futebol Chapecoense 'Brazil '94' football shirt by Umbro.
The shirt, which is a markedly faithful reproduction of the style of shirt worn by Brazil in the 1994 World Cup (USA '94) - where they were victorious - and then amended to include a fourth star (denoting the fourth World Cup victory) and slight change of watermark soon after the finals, was worn as Chapecoense celebrated their promotion to Brazil's Serie B in their match versus Palmeiras - who have their own Brazil tribute shirt.

Chapecoense's version of the Umbro classic has their own crests repeated four times in the matermark and, naturally, their own crest on the chest. In the game it was also worn with the club's sponsors and the '94 style numbers on the back. Interestingly, the yellow/white/white look that they took to the field in (it was worn with standard kit shorts and socks) occurred as rumours persist that the Seleção will appear in white shorts during their hosting of the World Cup next year - as an example of a "light" kit.
