This is the special edition one-off Hartlepool United 'Poppy' shirt by Nike, as worn in the side's defeat of Notts County in the FA Cup.
As is standard for many sides, poppies are traditionally worn in some form on Hartlepool's shirts at this time of year, with these one-off items then auctioned to raise money for the British Legion and recognise the sacrifice made for Britain on the world's battefields. On this occasion Hartlepool opted for a completely different template shirt for the flower to be embroidered onto with the words "Shoulder to shoulder with all who serve".
