Panathinaikos 13/14 adidas Home, Away and Third Football Shirts

alt

These are the new Panathinaikos Home, Away and Third shirts for the 2013-14 season by adidas.

The new Home shirt is inspired by the type worn in the 1930s and features a hooped/horizontal stripe design.  Panathinaikos have worn generally green kits recently, reducing the amount of white embellishment in recent seasons, so this marks a significant departure.

The Away shirt is in white with green detailing and the Third takes a two tone approach in blue.  All three shirts carry the club's OPAP sponsor.

The kits will be worn in the club's domestic and European campaigns over the coming year.

    Nice kits.

In English, the sponsor looks like Onan, who spilt his seed in the Bible!

VERY Cool the hooped/horizontal stripe design but the OPAP logo is a DISASTER

Very good. Not stunning, but very good. I'm really impressed by the stitching when you zoom on the pic. Love that the panel with the three stripes continues straight over the back and the light blue is a nice touch. Don't quite understand why you always have that couloured stripe on the short side though.

Best of all: the socks. Top knotch

the stripe is on the shorts to give the impression of the adidas three stripes because you wouldnt be able to see them all from the perspective i've drawn.

would it look better to possibly widen the shorts and add in another stripe?

Yeah I think it would be best, when I first saw it I also thought it to be a little odd looking. The design of the kit is nice but I am not keen on the shade of orange that has been used looks a bit too dull and doesn't lend much to the white and light blue. Font looks a bit Championship-y too lol
