Ajax 14/15 Adidas Home football shirt

"Classic" design.

Get rid of those ugly Adidas stripes.
The red lane should be narrower.
That badge should be the old one.
Once they do that every Ajax fan would love it and buy it.

the detail is not great as I realise I used too small a canvas. However I don't know of a way to increase the size of every layer on photoshop at the same time
