Borussia Dortmund 2014-15 Puma Champions League Football Shirt

Borussia Dortmund have released a Champions League edition Home shirt, by Puma, to be worn in their 2014-15 season campaign.

Taking a completely different course to the side’s domestic version, the simple - largely plain - shirt is barely embellished whatsoever, with a neat, tailored buttondown collar, and the black Puma logos the only true contrast aside from the club crest and logo of sponsor Evonik.

The shirt does not come with its own shorts and socks, particular to this specific design, and is instead to be worn with a combination of the black or yellow shorts of the domestic Home or Away shirts, and the yellow and black hooped or black socks.

Other than the buttons on the collar, I think it's nicer than the other two shirts.

The whole idea was based on the the Netherlands away shirt. The inside of the collar says: Wilhelmus van Nassau...' The National Anthem of the Netherlands, and I thought it would be great for the USA too.

Nice, but would it look better with more stripes under the stars and all the way across? More similar to the flag, might be a bit much though.

Now that's what I'm talking about ! There are still a few things I'-) do differently if I'-) made it myself, but it'll always be like that. A solid 10/10 if I had to grade it. One of the best, yet simplest ideas I've seen
