This is the new Croatia football shirt and kit, by Nike, to be worn in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
The new shirt - bearing out leaks of the design - is a tribute to the version worn by the side in their first ever match as an independent team, against the USA in 1990, with all red sleeves with white cuffs and a red V-neck collar. As is standard, the main body of the shirt includes the red and white chequers of the Croatian flag.
The shorts are in a simple white and the socks - also used by the Away kit - are in blue, so all colours of the national flag feature - though should Croatia be required to wear white socks then the blue Nike Swooshes continue the tricolour theme.

As usual, the kit is made largely from recycled polyester (from plastic bottles) and Nike Dri-FIT technology, mesh panels and laser-cut ventilation holes feature in order to provide optimum comfort for the players.
