This appears to be the new Netherlands Away shirt, by Nike, to be worn throughout 2014, including the Brazil 2014 World Cup.
The shirt seems to be in gradient effect navy/blue with a geometric watermark pattern and newly retro KNVB crest which appears in orange.

The colour of the shorts and socks is not yet clear but likely to be - in keeping with most new kits for next year's World Cup - the same as, or somehow matching, the shirt.
