The image herein appears to show a Tottenham Hotspur change shirt for the 2014-15 season, by Under Armour.
Most likely to be the Away shirt due to the contrast with the white of the Home version, the main body colour is black, with a shade of gold cuffs and flashes down the side, and a central cluster of gold stripes running vertically and fading out to provide a space for the sponsor. 
The image also shows, rendered in gold also, the Under Armour logo, the Spurs crest and the printed sponsor logo as being that of this season's cup sponsor, AIA - due to become partner in all competitions in the next campaign.
