Urawa Red Diamonds 2014 Nike Home Football Kit

alt

This is the new Urawa Red Diamonds Home football shirt and kit, by Nike, for the 2014 Japanese season.

Like the Third version, the Japanese club's Home shirt features a camouflage watermark pattern incorporating the heart and "12" motif - representing the fans' (12th man) importance to the team.  On the lower back of the players' shirts there is the club motto and charitable branding urging for peace.

The shirt will be worn with white shorts and black socks as standard, but there are also additional utility versions in the reverse which can all be mixed and matched with this season's three shirts.

Along with the Home, Away and Third kits, the club have launched goalkeeper kits in blue, green and yellow.

Not a big camo fan, but it looks decent when it's understated like this. Decent strip

Also, pinstripes look s*i* on football shirts (or any item of clothing) unless it's light on dark colours,
or vice versa. The PSG shirt doesn't even do the pinstripe look correctly. This is certainly inspirational - I want to design a version with the stripe. Watch this space ;-)

Yeah, PSG dont have a home shirt this season, and its a huge mistake. The classic shirt is fantastic, and there is a lot you can do with the central panel. Plus, the central stripe looks so much more confident and imposing than the all blue affair, or one with red pinstipes.

in short, a PSG Shirt without a central stripe is like a River plate shirt without the band or an Ajax shirt without the central panel - Nothing.

Which makes the current home kit a 'non-PSG' shirt. Maybe you should go the whole hog and put a giant picture of the Eiffel Tower in the middle of the shirt, and half a million sponsors just to make it really French :-) I have no problem with the shirt, though it is basically Nike teamwear :-)

Nope. No red central panel trimmed in White - No PSG shirt
