Newcastle United 2018-19 Puma Away Kit

Newcastle United 2018-19 Puma Away Kit

Newcastle United have revealed the club's new Puma away kit for the 2018/19 season.

Launched under #TheFabricOfNewcastle banner, the kit is a contemporary take on the Magpies' iconic change strip worn during the 1995/96 season.

Featuring maroon and blue hoops, ivory shorts and maroon socks with a blue trim, the kit is complemented by a gold club crest and gold FUN88 branding.m On the reverse, the kits will feature names and numbers in white.

The kit was revealed in a specially-commissioned 'fabric' illustration with several city landmarks as a backdrop, including the Tyne Bridge, St. James' Park and the stadium's Sir Bobby Robson statue.

    Didn't the original have sort of cream coloured shorts? And a grandad collar? It's bound to be popular and I know they can't copy it exactly but this is a pale imitation of the original.

    Usual away kit rubbish from Newcastle. For a club with such an iconic home kit they bring out awful away kits, grim.

    Love this kit so much, would be better with white grandad collar or even just a bit white on collar.

    Lovely kit but could have done with a better collar. Should be a big seller after some of the shockers Newcastle have had (yellow and custard stripe effort ?)

    @Russel1311 Yes, yes and agree.

    Taken on its own it's not a bad kit, but in context it's as if they glanced at pics of the 90's top for a few seconds and then completely missed the point.

    The gold puma, sponsor and badge, plus the shiny material make this look like a cheap knockoff version.

    Not a Newcastle fan but this is a great kit, one of the best 2018/19 Premier League kits so far.
