Norwich City 2018/19 Errea Home Kit

Norwich City 2018/19 Errea Home Kit

Norwich City launched its new Erreà home kit for the 2018-19 Sky Bet Championship season with a nod to one of the most famous shirts in the club’s history.

In a tribute to the famous shirt of the 1993-94 season, Erreà has given this classic shirt a modern twist to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Canaries’ UEFA Cup run.

Kayleigh Coverdale, Head of Retail, said: “This year’s home kit is one that we are really proud of and believe will resonate with our supporters given its extra meaning.

"We have really focused this year on creating a kit inspired by our historical 93-94 era and one which has a modern flair to encompass elements from the original shirt.

"In a bid to continuously improve our kits, we have listened to supporter feedback and based on this have made technical design changes to key features of the kit, including the fabric and crest, to create a more versatile shirt that offers durability and comfort.”

@REALLY, REALLY NOT AN IPSWICH Lol. You’ve won nothing and finished below Ipswich last year who are penniless while you spent tens of millions in last few years and you’re going with ‘we’ve got a better attendance’. Oh dear me.

They love referencing that retro 80s kit Norwich don't they? This is nice but crappy sponsor logo spoils it.

I'd say as tinpot as you can get would be playing in front of more empty blue seats than occupied ones on a regular basis springs to mind!

Let's just reflect on the fact that this kit is 'inspired' by Norwich's only ever half decent season in the top division, when they came 3rd. That is as tinpot as you can get. Plus in that season they wore what is regularly voted as the worst kit of all time in many polls. This is an utter disaster. It looks like a screenshot from one of those terrible maths VHS videos you were made to watch at school on trigonometry. The two colours are hideous as well. Not a fan of yellow and green but they've picked some really odd shades. Hall of shame effort for me.

Don't do that to a home kit, especially not that close to the crest.

Could have gone more radical and added 1900's white shorts and green socks.

No wonder Maddison moved to Leicester City not having to wear that crap shirt.

@Not An Ipswich Fan. Really. If you think finishing 3rd in the top division is tinpot then you really need to expand your football knowledge. And no, I'm not a Norwich fan.
