Motherwell Football Club revealed the new home football shirt by Macron.
It is Motherwell’s second season with the Italian sportswear manufacturer and the fifth with principal sponsors Cash Converters.
For inspiration, the Club looked to a memorable kit from the past. In a break from the traditional hoop, they pay tribute to some of the stars from the 1970s such as Willie Pettigrew, Bobby Graham, Joe Wark and Peter Marinello with the diagonal band, claret shorts and claret socks. The 2015/16 home shirt will also carry the ‘MFC’ embroidery on the chest, as opposed to the regular badge.
