Paris Saint-Germain 15/16 Nike Third Kit

French Champions Paris Saint-Germain launched their new 15/16 third kit, infusing the City of Light (La Ville Lumière) with a distinct, dark aesthetic.

Detailing on the torso, sleeves and lower back accentuates the players’ powerful presence, while a modern take on the club’s famed crest – reimagined in black, white and grey – sits on the chest.

Subtle dark grey shading trims the back of the shirt’s V-neck collar and runs in a stripe down each flank, continuing onto the shorts. The dark hue also distinguishes chevrons along the length of the calf.

Contrasting with the dark base, flashes of bright pink impart a youthful edge. Player names and numbers are rendered in a textured typeface comprised of two shades of the color.

Paris Saint-Germain will wear Nike Dark Light for a number of vital matches throughout the 2015-16 campaign.

It's indeed marketing talk, but if you take a close look at the first pictures, you can actually spot some "detailing on the torso, sleeves and lower back that accentuates the players’ powerful presence". However, this must be the Authentic version of the shirt. The last pictures figure the Replica version, without this detailing.

Hats off to Nike - they know how to spin a story.
However, this might be there most ridiculous one yet.

How does the above statement equal a plain black t-shirt, and black shorts and socks?!

They 'reimagined' the crest?! Are you &*#@ kidding me. They coloured it in differently.

And they infused the city of light with darkness.
    Genius!!

Ok, not a bad kit but whats the point of making a dark third kit when the home kit is navy blue? ridiculous even for a shirt that is essentially designated to make money...in any case better than the 3rd standard kit that other nike teams will be using this season...
