São Paulo 15/16 Under Armour away Football Shirt

This is the current Under Armour São Paulo Away football shirt and kit.

The 2015 shirt features the immediately recognisable white, black and red of the famous Brazilian side, presented in the form of vertical stripes. The shoulders and sleeves are plain red and the latter are trimmed with black as a cuff.

The neck is a layered V-style variant on a simple theme and the stripes are repeated down the back.  Opposite the crest - in full colour - the black and white elements of a stripe are paused to allow for the Under Armour logo in white.

The new shorts and socks are in black, but the white Home versions may be utilised if demanded by circumstances.

"Sao Paulo has played a significant role in football becoming a cultural passion for Brazilians as well as spreading the flair and electric style of play that has become a symbol of the country's everlasting impact on how the game is played on pitches all over the world," said Peter Murray, VP of Global Brand and Sports Marketing, Under Armour. "Their tradition of winning, development of young footballers and strong reputation for embracing innovation makes them a great fit for Under Armour. This partnership will further accelerate our expanding presence in football."

Not bad. I'm willing to accept it. However, I must vocalize my interest in the Under Armour badge on the right side of the chest.

I have not been a fan of UA, except anything other than NFL or NCAA football uniforms in the US. However, I am intrigued by their choice to simply drop the UA logo into the middle of the black stripe, in a pool of red that cuts the black/white trim pillar.
