Sporting Kansas City 2015 Adidas Home Football Shirt

Sporting Kansas City will be sporting a new look in 2015 as they look to rejoin the league's elite.

The club revealed a revamped home shirt, featuring a "window pane" design with the hash lines inspired by the Kansas-Missouri state line as with recent jerseys.

Other features of the new shirt include: a Henley collar with a button on the front, a checkerboard pattern on the neck tape borrowed from the Sporting Kansas City crest and the Sporting Club mark showcased on the back neck of the jersey.

And Sporting Kansas City is also one of nine clubs earning the "Founding Team" patch on the inside of the jersey underneath the team badge, as one of the league's charter clubs.

I really like this shirt. Beautiful colour and a decent template. The lines of the tiles could be a bit thinner though.

The shirt itself great but messed up by the lack of coordination among the three logos both in colors (KCFC logo) and placements (the sponsor's logo). The lettering of the sponsor's name not adequate for the purpose - will not be recognizable even from several meters. I would buy only a version without the sponsor's logo.

Weakest shirt since the club's rebrand to Sporting from the Wizards. This shirts just looks too much like engineering graph paper.

I'm not sure about the "window pane" detailing. Adidas have made some brilliant kits for the MLS this year, but unfortunately this isn't one if them in my opinion. It's not the worst shirt in the world though but it'll take some getting used to.
