This is Suriname's Home shirt, by Klupp, being worn by the CONCACAF side in 2015 fixtures.
The white shirt echoes the template of the Away shirt (link), with a repeated star effect in the watermark, the full colour green crest and the Klupp logo appears in green to match.
Additionally, the collar and cuffs are also in green, intersected with a red stripe. The shorts and socks worn will usually be white to match.
