Tranmere Rovers 15/16 Carbrini Home Football Shirt

This is the new Tranmere Rovers 2015/16 Home Shirt from Carbrini with a blue, green and white colour scheme featuring for the first time since the 1990s.

Green first made an appearance on a Tranmere home shirt as the colour of the Wirral council logo in 1991, and it went on to feature during the club's most successful period as they knocked on the door of the Premier league in three successive seasons.

Between 1993 and 1995 Rovers wore a strip with blue and green details on either side of the collar, and then between 1995 and 1997 the team boasted a strip with a horizontal blue and green stripe across the chest.

That's possibly the cheapest, nastiest shirt I've ever seen. Almost looks non-lea... oh.

Would look ten times better with the Wirral Borough Council logo on it again, believe me.

Did they deliberately find a man with the most sloping shoulders to make it look even worse? He looks like he's wearing it as a punishment. V poor.

I don't think this is the time to reintroduce green accents when you've got a bright red sponsor.

Love it, ordered it.....and 2 for my children as they loved it too! Great to see green back on the Tranmere shirt.....just a shame there's no 'Wirral' on it anymore.
