This is the new 16/17 home kit by Hummel for the Danish National Football Team.
At first glance, the jersey is predominantly red with discrete white details representing the colours of the Danish flag. However, the true beauty lies in the hidden Viking details which embellish the fabric, pulling strength from the proud Danish history. An embossed print of the legendary Holger Danske, sits at the bottom of the front.
Legends foretell that he will wake up and aid Denmark in their time of need and bring Denmark to victory. On the chest, the pattern of a Viking breastplate is sublimated into the fabric and the DBU slogan ‘A part of something bigger’ is written on inside of the neck tape and bottom lining.
