Jeezo, I've been a Bluenose since 1972 (I was 4) and the amount of bile and pointless ****e that comes out of differing ends of Glasgow is so tiresome. You'd be forgiven for forgetting this is a forum about shirts... just that. Not tribalism, not bigotry, economics or semantics. I wish there was just one forum for the m*p*e*s who want to trade bilious insults so they could let those of use who live in the real world just get on with appreciating that we all support our teams because we do and not because it gives someone else something to troll about. Anyhow, like this kit but agree it's a little lazy to pass it off as an 'homage' to shirts past, but this occurs a lot and Puma aren't the only ones guilty...

How can Rangers walk away from a set in stone legally binding contract?
Taking on Sports Direct is suicide...Good luck Sevco!

The agreements between the two also include:

A seven-year notice period to break the contract
A confidentiality agreement that binds Rangers but not Sports Direct
Obligations for Rangers Retail to buy stock at a “higher cost than its retail value”
A clause allowing Sports Direct to force Rangers out of its shareholding in Rangers Retail if the relationship between the club and the retailer is “deadlocked”
A further clause that forced the football club to pay Sports Direct £620,000 for closing down two former Rangers stores in Glasgow and Belfast
Zero upfront payment to Rangers for awarding the retail deal to Sports Direct in 2012
A controlling vote for Sports Direct on “financial matters” concerning Rangers Retail.

Though it's more than likely that this will be Rangers new kit, photoshoots and promotional stuff have already been done by the players, it has yet to be confirmed that this will actually be the new kit. The deal with Sports Direct is as good as gone. Part of that deal involved Puma but not directly with Rangers. There is currently negotiations taking place between Rangers and Puma for a new deal that doesn't involve Sports Direct.

How much money will each shirt generate to the Ibrokes coffers?
4p or something? I'm sure next season will be plain sailing for Sevco..
Challenging Celtic? Challenging Kilmarnock more like.
    Reality = Sevco financially doomed.[/quote]
Says a paedo protector whose club have been downsizing for years
There were more empty seats at torbett towers than occupied seats
Also last season, season ticket holders were offered buy one get two free tickets for matches
if there were 30K season ticket holders that would mean 90K at a match in a 60K ground
Liewell has you lot believing any thing

As sport direct won't be selling it there will be plenty more than 4p in £ going to the greatest club in the world #moron#obessed

It will be good to see the 32Red sponsored Rangers once again taking on Dafabet sponsored Celtic again as they battle it out for the honours such as the Ladbrokes Premiership, William Hill Scottish Cup and BetFred League Cup.

Might be worth having a bet

It's OK, nothing more nothing less. Weird to say, but I think Celtic actually have a nicer kit than us this year.

Nicest kit 'The Rangers' have had in their 4 year history, a kit fit for their first season in the big time too
