Sheffield United 16/17 Adidas Home Kit

Sheffield United 16/17 Adidas Home Kit

Sheffield United have unveiled their new Adidas 16/17 home kit and new main sponsor.

The Blades, who marked the Club's 125th anniversary last season by playing in a replica of their original shirt, will revert back to traditional broad red and white stripes with black shorts and black socks. The new adidas designed strip was modelled by players Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Ben Whiteman, Che Adams and new signing Mark Duffy.

Emblazoned on the front of both the home and away shirts will be international online travel company, alpharooms.com - the Club's new main sponsor which has agreed a three year, significant six figure sponsorship deal.

Not a bad effort for a team of "Pigs Purses"

That sponsor on the back really is the Scrappy Doo of an otherwise fine kit.

    Yoiks!

I bet my mate Tony Currie is screaming his head off at this atrocious kit. But I quite like it though. :-)
The sponsor on the back ruins a nice shirt
I didn't even notice it until you pointed it out, so I don't think it ruins the kit as it's probably in the least noticeable part of a football shirt. Would be better without it but I think it's going over the top to say it ruins the whole thing.
...or, more realistically, Alpharooms just turns out to be a travel agency. Just saying...
The back doordeals.co.uk says it all.

I would much much rather this for the actual sunderland jersey

also anyone that says it screams sunderland is just a complete balloon by all accounts, sure its also screams athletic bilbao , or psv , or derry city, or any other team that has red white stripes and black as the third color.

Who would vote hall of shame with this kit? I mean really what makes this kit so bad it deserves to go down as an abomination of a kit? Some people are just total m*p*e*s, or maybe just Wednesday fans being b*t*hes.
