This is the new CSKA 1948 Sofia 17/18 Away football kit by Errea.

CSKA 1948 Sofia was founded in July 2016 after the legal firm that represented PFC CSKA Sofia - PFC CSKA EAD - went bankrupt and a new one was formed to represent the club.

After the firm started restructuring PFC Chavdar Etropole and PFC Litex Lovech in order to take part into the newly created First Professional Football League, several of the fans did not comply with this procedure and decided to found a new club of their own - FC CSKA 1948 Sofia.

The new away kit will be used in Bulgaria's 3rd football division, the Bulgarian Third League.

The kit is really beautiful and represents the Army origins of the predecessor of this new club, namely the killer of European champions CSKA SOFIA. The beloved club by millions and also the most successful team in Bulgaria was deliberately put in bankrupt and eventually killed in 2016..the fans were divided and people who used to stood shoulder to shoulder at the stadium for decades, now hold grudge against each other...a sad story.
However, the main point here is that no matter that the medias in Bulgaria impose that the mixture of Litex Lovech and c*a*dar Etropole - none of these teams is from Sofia..(now named CSKA-Sofia and playing in 1st league) is the successor of the original CSKA Sofia, people who possess honor and dignity refused to accept another club as their own and called out loud - LITEX IS NOT CSKA!
CSKA 1948 started from the very lowest amateur division and is now climbing his way up to the professional football, playing exclusively with just Bulgarians, mostly of them being ex-CSKA youths.
