Leeds United 2017-18 Kappa Home Kit

Leeds United unveiled their brand new 17/18 home kit by Kappa.

The new home kit, produced by official technical kit sponsor Kappa, was officially revealed at an exclusive launch event featuring the first team squad on Thursday evening.

Maintaining their traditional all-white design, Leeds United is embossed into the fabric of the shirt material, with a new look to the club emblem in gold and blue.

Kappa’s Kombat™ Skin 2018 technology has revolutionised the players shirt, setting new performance standards and encouraging new playing practices.

The Stop Stopping technical principle makes the Kombat™ Skin impossible to grab hold of, changing everything on the pitch.

This is all integrated and enhanced by a unique seamless technology to achieve maximum comfort on the skin, and enhance the fabric’s performance properties.

The back of the shirts feature mesh fabric for enhanced breathability and elasticity and also bears the clubs famous motto ‘Marching on Together’ on the back collar section of the shirt

Whilst the players Kombat Skin kit is designed to improve their performance on the pitch, the fans replica jerseys have been created with a classic, relaxed fit to provide maximum comfort travelling to and from matches. Included within the range there is a specific ladies fit jersey available.

Main club sponsor 32 Red and secondary shirt sponsor Clipper Logistics once again proudly sponsor the home shirt, both in striking metallic gold print.

Junior home shirts are sponsored by Utilita Energy for the forthcoming season, with their logo taking prime position on all junior replica shirts.

WTF disgusting kit!!!! Leeds United all white with blue and yellow trim. Simple.
Away kit. All yellow with white and blue trim. Ok so I'm a traditionalist. But tradition is what makes the great clubs great. Imagine Celtic not in green n white, Liverpool not all red or dare I say Scum not red white and black. Ok we have been s*i* really s*i* for years. But we are one of the great traditional clubs WTF. Did Monk sanction this s*i* before pissing off to the smoggies. Trying to make us look like South Wales sheep s*a*gers. We ain't Swansa.

In regards to the Leeds fans I know I hope they do this in 4XL ,also the Kappa brand is a bit low profile on this shirt.Vicky Pollard would love it.

This style of shirt won't suit "fat bastar*s" and there are plenty of you who support this woeful "pie eating" team.

@R_LUFC Ah yeah to be fair the 2012 gold one we had was for our centenary. I was lumping us in with the rest because Adidas also did us a kit with 'copper' stripes in 2015. I really liked the idea behind it – it was marketed as a nod to the city's 19th century copperworks – but lots of people just saw that as Adidas putting out a gold kit and calling it copper.

@Spring Heeled Jack That Swansea one was really nice. I assumed it was for some kind of anniversary though. Problem is, our 100 year anniversary is in two years, so why have we decided to use gold now?

Personally don't understand clubs randomly using gold on shirts outside of centenary seasons, etc. Portsmouth, Leicester, Sunderland and my club Swansea (though it was marketed as 'copper') all guilty of it in recent memory. Just looks odd.

Haven't known a kit divide opinion quite so much. It's either very good or hall of shame. I like it, although having a kit covered in gold wouldn't look such a wise move if we end up finishing say 15th. Also, the gold to yellow in terms of the crest isn't such a massive leap, although I'd prefer the traditional yellow and blue badge, but I can live with this.

Pretty neat kit overall. Luckily they're doing a "relaxed" fit fan version, so we don't have to see shrink wrapped beer guts at ER.

This is class. If you go to the Leeds store you can buy a normal fit shirt which fits fine if your packing a bit. The tight fit is for people who can pull it off. Kappa you did good.

Were it not for the Kappa logo being plastered down the two sides of this kit, I may have actually really liked the design, this just destroyed what would have been a nice, simple design otherwise.

Pretty neat in my opinion...nothing worse than a baggy shirt that looks like a crisp packet....mind you will be interesting to see how some overweight supporters get on with it?

If your after tradition htfc first kit white shirts... A nod to your future? Then a few seasons in blue & white stripes because your original chairman liked it so much... Coincidence mmmmm
Mind you can't see us in an all white away kit in the premiership this season

Best thing about it being skin tight is it will hold me gut in so I can look at carol vordermano face while she socks me off in browns on headrow in Leeds. Poshe tart
