Orlando Pirates 17/18 Adidas Away Kit

Orlando Pirates launched their new Adidas away kit for the 2017/18 PSL season.

A version of the jersey players wear for away matches, it boasts traditional colours and an updated design.

    I have no idea if Pirates were with Adidas in the early 90s so I can't say if this is retro themed. Also, I can't think of another team that will be using this template for their kits so in that sense, Pirates fans must be pretty happy that they've not been lumbered with a generic teamwear template.

    A throwback to the time when adidas finally went mad and lost all sense of taste and class. It's just a big adidas logo. Remember Liverpool wearing a red & white version of this? It was nasty back then and dragging the same design out the bin for now doesn't impress anyone.

    Let's hope Adidas roll this template out across their team roster.
    This goes to show things go in circles...and yes a baggier fit would be better.

    Aye, would be cool if they brought back that template for some of their bigger teams (imagine the uproar if they did a Man Utd shirt like this!)
