Tottenham Hotspur 17/18 Nike Home Kit

The new Tottenham Hotspur Home 2017-18 kit has been revealed.

For one season only, the Tottenham Hotspur crest – comprising the famous cockerel motif atop a football – has been enclosed in a shield design. The 2017-18 crest nods to one of our finest achievements, becoming the first club in the modern era to win both the Football League First Division and FA Cup in the 1960-61 season.

Almost completely white with only a hint of navy detailing around the collar and side panel, the shirt allows the iconic Spurs crest to grab attention.

The shirt uses Nike AeroSwift lightweight engineered fabric with Dri-Fit moisture wicking technology. A precision fit provides a locked in feel, while stretchy side taping allows a full range of motion for enhanced agility.

'First team in the modern era to win the double' pfffft. Football wasn't invented in 1992, and it wasn't invented in 1946. I'm no fan of Preston, but a club like Spurs should have a bit more respect for history

Poor Spurs went from some fantastic kits over the recent years to this (other) underwhelming effort by Nike!! Heck, at least it looks better than Chelsea uniform...

@Sospursy The game prior to 1946 saw continuous major reforms in terms of laws and innovations. Since 1946, football has largely become standardised and thus is considered the 'modern era' for that reason.

@Sospursy The clue's in 'modern era'. Preston's double was pre-1900. And it's the writer saying this, not Spurs, so your complaint should be aimed at him/her.

I'm not a Spurs fan - just a fan of accuracy in BTL comments. :)

Okay, the overly dominant logo spoils it, and close up the chest outlining looks a bit like a bra:o
