Celtic FC have unveiled the new 19/20 Home Kit by New Balance, launching the brand new campaign for next season – #OnToVictory, inspired by the famous Celtic song, ‘Celtic, Celtic that’s the team for me’.

The shirt’s iconic green and white hoops make up the body of the shirt and continue across the shoulders and sleeves. The polo-style collar is inspired by the Bhoys’ first ever strip back in 1888.

A star above the Club crest commemorates the Lisbon Lions’ European Cup victory in 1967, with a Celtic cross to the back neck of the shirt completing the design.

Celtic FC captain Scott Brown, said: “The new jersey is a great, classic design with a special reference to the Club’s history. I’ll be wearing it with pride next season, as will the rest of the Bhoys.”

The kit has been engineered using cutting-edge New Balance technology, with the elite jersey designed for performance.

A bonded chest seam gives the jersey comfort, while a mesh structure across the shoulders increases breathability and airflow. NB Dry technology, embedded in the jersey, aids the moisture wicking process so players can focus on performing at the top of their game.

Athletic fit shorts with a step-change finish increase flexibility and movement, while the green and white socks come with engineered cushioning areas and ventilation technology to keep players comfortable and dry during games.

The goalkeeper kit in black has been engineered in line with the outfield players’ kit and completes the 2019/20 Home Kit collection.

New Balance Football General Manager Kenny McCallum said: “The green and white hoops of Celtic’s jersey are one of the iconic sights in football. We wanted to fully respect that here with a classic design that celebrates the Club’s heritage, while also incorporating the latest New Balance design technology. I’m looking forward to seeing the Bhoys step out in it next season.”

Looks like the cheapo strips in the 5 aside team catalogue .they will win the league again. In a league my man would average 4 goals a game ratio .world class teams like Ross county and Hamilton academicals and Livingston .if the 3 mentioned teams combined their support it would total around the 5000 mark ..just call it a day .

@Cantons walks among us I've heard a lot of people mention this. It appears that the green colar scts as the first hoop, or at least the colar wouldn't work symmetrically with the rest of the shirt.

@Stacey Crabstick Yes. Green and white hoops again. It's what they do every year. (Also, Man U will be in red. Real Madrid in white.)
