Derby County revealed their new third kit by Umbro for the19/20 season.

The reveal completes the new season collection, part of the ongoing partnership and continued production of bespoke performance kits created for the club by Umbro; and follows the recent launch of the home and eye-catching away strip earlier this summer.

The 2019/20 third kit is the reverse of the already hugely popular home kit. And, as with the home and away shirts, this striking third version will also be adorned with the logo of Derby’s official shirt sponsor, 32Red.

The 2019/20 sleeves feature the reinvented intricate graphic that showcases the iconic stanchions adorning the Pride Park skyline and, much like the home shirt, a unique design feature is placed on the back of the neck with the wording 'The Rams' in the club’s personal Baseball Ground typeface.

It's a lovely shirt... but no club needs a third kit. Greed.

@Bunion Soup What if the away kit clashes with the home kit of the opponent? Didn’t think about that did you. Also, the away and third kit release dates and titles are mixed up. That’s what I know.

@Bunion Soup No club needs a 3rd kit? Laughable. You’re not forced to buy it. With the football fashion market increasing in size every season, it’s no wonder clubs need a 3rd kit, so there’s less chance of a clash. There no greed anywhere in the making of a 3rd kit. It’s marketing, promotion and healthy to get the name out there and cater for fans who don’t always like what is offered in the traditional home and away, so it helps fans. Your statement is like demanding your local target not have so many choices in jackets. Haha.

Derby fans are absoutely belters. Up there with Leeds in terms of a circa 2000 time trap. Oh what a laugh I had last season when I saw them rock up in Rockport and Henri Lloyd gear. At least this shirt is smart unlike their fans clobber. Disgrace.
