Everton 2019-20 Umbro Home Kit

Everton 2019-20 Umbro Home Kit #Everton #EvertonFC #umbro

Everton unveiled their new home kit by Umbro for the 2019-20 season – with a bold new design twist inspired by one of Goodison’s most iconic features.

The distinctive criss-crossed steelwork from the upper tier of the Bullens Road stand, the work of legendary stadium architect Archibald Leitch, has been used as the influence for a modern graphic that appears prominently on the chest of the new royal blue home jersey.

The 2019-20 kit – which will be worn for the first time when the Blues face Kariobangi Sharks in the SportPesa Trophy in Nairobi, Kenya this Sunday - utilises the same design influence on the sleeve cuffs and along the stylised crew neckline of the shirt. An EFC logo similar to what was used for the 1991-93 home shirt is also in place on the back of the neck.

White shorts and socks with a royal blue turn over complete the new strip, which also benefits from new manufacturing techniques and material.

The blue of the shirt reminds me of a post renaissance gathering of intellects. It screams Jean-Paul Satre at his most flamboyant. The pattern manages to entwine different shades of blue to make a conundrum of chaotic adolescence. The badge looks like a sick splatter from a 2 year old.

Sorry but a total lack of imagination. Hummel can turn out a classic for League 1 Coventry and this is the best that Umbro can do? Should be ashamed.

@Mr Politically Correct Nah you missed the black Muslim trans wheelchair. The elite in the hierarchy of claiming victim hood and oppression to be the next kit model.

Looks good but if they added a little bit of red somewhere in the strip would have been perfect. A reminder to Everton that the real team in Liverpool wear red.

It's a smart kit , but what on earth is all this crap about the steelwork on the Bullens Road Stand ? If Umbro want to put some broken diamond pattern on the shirt just say so .
