Uruguayan Champions Club Nacional de Futbol have launched a new Umbro shirt for the 2020 season to pay tribute to their famous “Gran Parque Central” stadium.
The new design features a textured red torso, with white sleeves and shoulders - creating an approximation of a raglan sleeve effect - with navy and red cuffs. The Umbro logo and sponsors all appear in contrasts to the base colour - navy on white and white on red - and the crest is in full colour.
El Estadio Gran Parque Central in Montevideo is famous for being, in 1930, alongside the long-since-demolished Estadio Pocitos, one of the first two venues to ever host a World Cup Finals match.
