Hertha BSC - Hertha Berlin - of the German Bundesliga have released a new, special edition shirt by technical partner Nike.
The largely minimalistic plain blue base is embellished with the Nike Swoosh logo on the chest and the Hyundai logo on the sleeve both in white, the flag-styled crest in full colour and a graffiti-style flag design in a central position carrying a white H.
This lattermost element references the urban culture of the German capital, as part of the “SPREEATHEN lebt Blau-Weiß” campaign which takes its name from the lyric of the Sera Finale song, “Aus dem Spreeathen, wo die Fahnen Blau-Weiß weh’n” (From Spreeathen, where the blue and white flags fly).

The shirt - which is in a pre-2020 template and with detailing on the upper back - was worn with simple numbering (rather than the flag pattern variant available to buy), along with the Home shorts and socks, in the weekend defeat to Borussia Dortmund.
