These are the new Republic of Ireland 2021 Away shirts by Umbro.
Newly unveiled, and seeing Umbro replacing New Balance as manufacturer via the Football Association of Ireland and Toplion/JACC deal, the new men’s secondary shirt has obvious Italia ’90 stylings to mark the 30th anniversary of Ireland’s famous appearance at that World Cup.
The neck dispenses with the gold trim of the Home version and replaces it with orange for the full throwback value, added to by the jacquard shadow pattern.

Orange also provides edging for the crest, while the women’s version has a celtic spiral motif pattern, the Home shirt's green fill crest, and gold endures rather than any inclusion of the third element of the national flag. Green shorts and white socks augment the shirts to complete both kits.
