FC Lorient, newly of France’s Ligue 1 from 2020-21, have released their new Kappa Away kit.
The white Away shirt has thin horizontal striping - marketed as a nod to the texture of the water surface on the Atlantic Ocean inlet where Lorient sits on the Brittany coastline - and a shredded orange diagonal sash running from shoulder to hip. The club crest appears in full colour and further embellishment, in the form of Kappa’s logo and sponsorship logos, appears in black.
Below the neck on the upper back is the club nickname - Les Merlus - and the shorts and socks to go with the shirt are both white.
