Oldham Athletic 125th anniversary Hummel 2020-21 Home Kit

Oldham Athletic 125th anniversary Hummmel 2020-21 Home Kit #OldhamAthletic #oafc #oafc125 #ShareTheGame #hummelsport

Oldham Athletic and hummel revealed their new Home kit for the upcoming 2020/21 season as Latics celebrates its 125th anniversary.

In the second of a three year deal, it sees the Danish sportswear company supply the playing kit and training wear with the brand's iconic chevrons.

Last year, as part of the kit supplier deal with hummel, the club asked for a small group of supporters to be a part of the focus group to take the commemorative shirt designs to the next stage.

Sign in or create an account to earn points for voting, keep track of your reviews, edit them, and more.

Following that, all supporters were allowed to vote on their choice of badge and style of home shirt online with over 1,500 doing so.

The first vote was for the style of badge, with the most popular crest being displayed on the home, away and goalkeeper kits. With a large majority choosing the old style badge that won 91% of the vote.

This special crest will be exclusively used on hummel apparel only throughout the anniversary.

The next was for the actual design of the kit. The option with the most votes was then selected as the home kit, whilst the other automatically became the away kit.

Just short of 68% chose the blue and white gradient kit with a special hint of tangerine added that has become associated with Latics over the years, and as a result will be the designated home kit.

The home shirt will have white shorts and blue/white socks to accompany it.

All kits will once again be made using hummel’s world leading ZeroH20 technique, which enables the production of kits to be sustainable, without the use of water in the dying process.

Each shirt will be emblazoned at the tail, on the inside with the 'Keep The Faith' mantra that has stuck with the club and its supporters during difficult times.

As a Charlton Athletic fan I always liked Oldham Athletic's older crest, looks much better then the current one, hope they go back to the older style, makes them look like a bigger club with it. Swindon Town and Port Vale should go back to their older crests too,, looked much better. ;)

You an Everton fan pal? It’s a £30 million a year, three year kit deal and Carzoo shelling out a fair bit of money too. Clever business if you ask me.

Plus our last one looked like an Arriva train/bus seat!

Much better than Everton's with their ridiculous Z- cars graphic ( or in other words some fancy print . )

@Jamie Fair play mate. As a Charlton fan, you are definitely an expert in rubbish crests and shirts that look like third rate cheap knock-off jobs at a market stall in Tenerife :D:D:D:p
