This is the new Paraguay Away shirt, which has recently been released by returning kit supplier Puma.
The new change shirt is white, while there is significant decoration in the form of the national flag-nodding shoulder detail which runs behind the full-colour crest.

The Puma logos are in blue, while the neck is of a simple “crew” style.
The players’ version of the shirt includes extensive performance technology - such as laser-cut holes on the shoulders for ventilation - and will most likely be usually worn, in the coming months of 2020 and 2021, with matching white shorts and socks.
