This is the newly released, 2020, Slovakia Away shirt by Nike.
The change shirt to be worn going forward by the team representing the Slovak Football Association (SFZ) is in white with only minimal embellishment.

The thunderbolt side trim is in contrast blue - “Soar” - and carries renderings of Slovak cultural symbols, while the Nike Swoosh logo on the chest is also in blue/Soar, alongside the national association logo and team crest which are both in full colour.
The crew neck and cuffs are notched but otherwise simple at first glance. However, the former’s rear portion is half red and half blue, while the approach of having little decoration will likely extend to white shorts and socks to complete the kit.
