This is the new, 2020 Slovakia Home shirt by Nike.
The Slovak national team will wear the shirt in the coming months, transitioning to shades of blue - “Soar” and “Midnight Navy” - rather than white.

The pattern is a random paint stroke affair which is overlaid with the white Nike Swoosh and the national side crest and Slovak Football Association (SFZ) logo in full colour.
The shirt has cuffs and double-overlap v-neck in the darker tone and side lightning bolt trim in the lighter - the lattermost carrying symbols referring to Slovak culture - and the release will be worn, most likely, with shorts and socks in a shade of blue to complete a generally one-colour look.
