German side Bayer Leverkusen have unveiled their 2021-22 Home shirt.
The new design by Jako has a relatively classic look in red and black stripes, eschewing the recent approach of regularly switching between largely plain red and black shirts, and nodding to the run to the Uefa Champions’ League Final in 2001-02.
The side also finished runners up in the Bundesliga and the DFB-Pokal that season, and this release celebrates the triple near-achievement with white accents in the Jako chest logo and the neck and side-of-trunk trim, with the crest also converted to monochrome.

Complete with “WERKS11” detail on the back of the neck, the shirt will be combined with black shorts and red shorts to form the first choice kit.
