Bayer 04 Leverkusen, of the German Bundesliga, have unveiled a special “Derby” shirt for Sunday’s match against 1. FC Köln.
In principle a pseudo-“whiteout” shirt - a “cream-out” shirt, if you will - the light-toned base is decorated with understated, under-contrasting crest and Jako (manufacturer) branding, with a large city coat of arms placed in the standard main-sponsor position.
This lattermost element is also included within the number print on the reverse, while the standard “BAYER 04” on the upper back is eschewed in favour of “LEVERKUSEN”.

Also an initiative backed by main sponsor Barmenia, proceeds from the sales - limited to 1930 units and which were due to go to the city of Leverkusen’s "Bayer 04 im Quartier" project - will now provide aid to Ukraine.
